PROCESS AUTOMATION

HOW MUCH OF YOUR WEEK
IS COPY-PASTE?

every tool you pay for, wired into one system

The daily half-hour of checking referrals. The honor-system spreadsheet. The report someone assembles by hand every month. We build the automations that take that work off your team, and we show you exactly how they run.

THE PROBLEM

THIS IS WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE FROM THE INSIDE

Every day, thirty minutes disappear into checking whether a referral is legit before anyone can get paid for it.

The system underneath is a spreadsheet and an honor system. It worked when the team was smaller. It does not work anymore, and everyone already knows it.

A follow-up depends on someone remembering to do it. When they do not, the lead just goes quiet, and nobody marks it as lost.

The spreadsheet that used to be enough outgrew itself months ago. Now it is patched together, and the patch job is the process.

None of that is a discipline problem. It is hours your team spends moving data by hand instead of using it, and it is a follow-up that only happens when someone remembers to do it.

THE FIX, DRAWN OUT

BY HAND, THEN WIRED ONCE

Ask us how it breaks. What happens when the logo changes? When a form field gets renamed? When the tool we connected updates its API?

Real automation survives change. Every build ships with the answer to ‘and what happens when…’, documented.

One stack we run: dozens of active workflows, and every error across a full billing cycle gets caught and cleared before anyone has to ask.

WHAT WE BUILD

FIVE THINGS YOU GET

THE CONNECTIONS

Every tool wired to the ones it needs to talk to: CRM to invoicing, forms to your spreadsheet, orders to your inbox. Built on the tools you already pay for.

THE WORKFLOWS

The manual steps, replaced. Data moves the moment it changes, in the order your business actually runs in, not in the order that was easiest to code.

ALERTING AND MONITORING

A watch on every automation, so a silent failure gets caught by us, not by a customer. You get a message before it turns into a problem.

THE DOCUMENTATION

What each automation does, what it touches, and how to change it. Written for the person who opens it in a year, not for us.

THE WALKTHROUGH

A working session with the people who will use it every day, plus written docs for the ones who join later.

TELEHEALTH PLATFORM

The monthly spreadsheet ritual, two days of copy-paste, is gone.

A coaching team was managed by hand every month, with rosters and goals moving through spreadsheets. We built the app their staff now uses daily, and the manual two-day ritual stopped.

ENTRY DIAGNOSTIC · PROCESS MAP

A fixed price engagement, not a quote. We map every manual step in your operation, what it costs you in hours, and what it would take to remove. You leave with a plan, and the fee is credited toward the build if you move forward.

QUESTIONS

AUTOMATION, SPECIFICALLY

What happens when a tool changes its API?

We built it to expect that. Every automation is monitored, so a break surfaces as an alert to us, not a mystery to you. We fix the connection and keep it running.

What happens when something changes? Does it all need rebuilding?

No. Well-built automation is modular, so a change in one place does not mean starting over everywhere else. We isolate what changed and fix that piece.

How do we know it’s still running?

That is what the monitoring is for. If an automation stops or starts erroring, we see it before you do, and most of the time we fix it before you ever notice.

Do we need to replace our existing tools?

No. We build on what you already pay for. The point is connecting your tools, not making you buy new ones.

Who maintains it after handover?

It is documented well enough for your team to run in house, and we will train them to. Ongoing monitoring is available if you want it, but it is not required.

YOUR TOOLS ARE STILL NOT TALKING

Find out which hours you can get back.

A fixed price, credited toward the build if we do one. You leave with a diagnosis: what is actually happening, what it is costing you, and what fixing it takes. Building it with us is the optional next step.

No 20 minute forms. Three questions, then pick a time.
