Usually, yes. The dashboard sits on top of what you already run. We are not asking you to replace your stack, just to reconcile what it is telling you.
How is this different from a BI tool we could buy off the shelf?
An off-the-shelf tool is only as good as the data you feed it. Most of our work is the reconciliation underneath, not the charts on top, and that is exactly the part a BI tool cannot do for you.
How often does the dashboard actually update?
On its own schedule, automatically. Nobody has to remember to refresh it, and nobody rebuilds it by hand before a meeting.
Can different people on the team see different views?
